TATTOOZ.LIFE is a global tattoo studio and artist directory. We operate at tattoozlife.com and can be contacted at admin@tattoozlife.com.
Account information — when you claim a profile or sign up as a fan, we collect your name, email address, and any profile details you choose to provide (bio, Instagram handle, website, booking email, styles). This information is used to create and manage your profile on the map.
Photos and media — if you upload portfolio photos or a profile image, these are stored on our servers and displayed publicly on your profile page.
Location data — studio and artist profiles are associated with a geographic location (city and country). For models and independent artists, only country-level location is shown publicly. We never display your exact address unless you choose to add it yourself.
Visitor data — we log anonymised visit information including a hashed IP address, country of origin, and pages visited. This data is used solely for internal analytics (understanding which cities and countries our visitors come from). Raw IP addresses are not stored.
Google Places data — studio listings on the map are sourced from the Google Places API. This includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, photos and opening hours. This data is publicly available and is cached on our servers to reduce API costs.
When you sign up or claim a profile, we send a welcome email and a one-time follow-up reminder if you haven't completed your profile setup within 48 hours. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly opt in to them in the future.
If your studio appears on our map as an unclaimed pin, we may send a single notification email informing you of this. We send at most one email per studio every 30 days. Every such email includes an opt-out link.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in while you use the site. This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function and contains no personal information beyond a session identifier. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your profile is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your profile, uploaded photos, and personal details within 30 days. Anonymised visit logs may be retained for up to 12 months.

TATTOOZ.LIFE is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
