1. Who We Are

TATTOOZ.LIFE ("we", "us", "our") is a global directory and community platform for tattoo artists, models, studios and enthusiasts. We operate the website at tattoozlife.com and all associated pages and services.

2. Your Account

To claim a profile pin you must provide accurate information including your real name or business name and a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at promotion@tattoozlife.com

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload including photos, bio text and portfolio images. By uploading content to TATTOOZ.LIFE you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and promote that content on the platform and our associated Instagram accounts (@tattoozlife, @inkkaddicted, @original_tattoos, @tattooz.inked) as part of your membership.

You confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• You have the consent of any identifiable person appearing in your photos
• Your content complies with our Community Guidelines

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You must not use TATTOOZ.LIFE to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or defamatory
• Upload sexually explicit content, nudity or adult content of any kind
• Upload content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Impersonate another person, artist or business
• Spam other users or post unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to scrape, copy or harvest data from the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Upload content that promotes hate, discrimination or violence

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice.

5. Pro Membership & Payments

Pro memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are displayed in USD.

• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
• Instagram Promo: Pro members receive Instagram features as described at time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust the timing and format of promotions with reasonable notice.

6. Instagram Promotion Service

Pro members may submit content for promotion across our Instagram accounts. By submitting content you confirm you own the rights to it and consent to it being shared on our platforms. We reserve the right to decline content that violates our Community Guidelines or that we deem inappropriate for our audience.

Promotional posts are permanent but we reserve the right to remove content that later violates our guidelines or that we receive valid copyright complaints about.

7. Location Data

We use your IP address to determine your approximate location for the purpose of pre-populating registration forms and improving our service. We do not store precise GPS coordinates. Model profiles display at country level only — your city is never shown publicly.

8. Intellectual Property

The TATTOOZ.LIFE name, logo and platform design are our intellectual property. The Google Places data displayed on the map is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TATTOOZ.LIFE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination your profile and uploaded content will be removed from the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
